We are open! Because the other activities are also open again, we will use the main entrance again from 15 January. This means that, as before, we have to check all visitors for a corona ticket till 25 February.

I have a reservation for the ice rink / snow rink, how can I rebook it to another date?
You have previously received a confirmation of your reservation. Here you will find a link with which you can rebook your reservation to another time. After your rebooking you will receive a confirmation email with the tickets for the new date. Don’t have this link because you didn’t receive a confirmation email? Mail to email@example.com to reschedule the reservation. State your order number and the desired time and date of the new reservation. Please take into account the adjusted opening hours that we currently use.

Do I have to show a corona ticket for my visit to De Uithof?
A corona ticket is required for al visitors from 18 years and older till 25 February.
Can I visit De Uithof without a reservation?
Booking a time slot is currently only possible online. We do not sell tickets at the frontoffice.
Do I have to take my E-ticket printed with me?
We recommend that you print your ticket in advance. It is possible to have the tickets scanned on your mobile, but your ticket must always be presentable (even when your phone is empty).
Is wearing a face mask mandatory?
Wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory.
Can I eat/drink something in De Uithof?
I bought a ticket through an external party, whose validity has expired. Can I still exchange these?
If you have bought a ticket through an external party, you will be informed by them about the validity. If you have any questions about this, we recommend that you contact the party where you purchased the tickets.
