Dress Code
Proper footwear is mandatory: no flip-flops or sandals due to stairs and elevated platforms in the laser tag arena. Please wear comfortable, sporty clothing that allows you to move freely.
Preparation
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your mission starts.
During the game, you’ll use laser vests and laser guns provided by The Basement, these are included with your ticket.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I reserve a mission on-site?
To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking online in advance. This way, you’ll be sure to have a spot at your preferred time.
How old or tall do you need to be to play laser tag?
Laser tag is available for players with a minimum height of 1.40 meters (4 ft 7 in). It’s suitable for children, teens, and adults.
How long does a mission last? Can I book multiple missions in a row?
Each mission lasts 12 minutes. You can book multiple missions back-to-back for extra excitement and strategy.
How many people can play laser tag?
You play with a minimum of 4 players and a maximum of 20 players per game. Please note that groups may be combined with others.
Are spectators, supervisors, or parents allowed inside?
For kids’ parties, a maximum of one adult supervisor is allowed to enter the arena.
Can I eat or drink before, after, or between missions?
Yes, before or after your mission(s), you’re welcome to visit our restaurant and bar for snacks, drinks, and a relaxed get-together. Between missions, this is only possible if your missions are not booked back-to-back.
What if I can’t make it? Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
