Gym Sportcity The Hague De Uithof is the fitness center in The Hague, where you can exercise in the way that suits you. You will find Sportcity on your right when you enter De Uithof. With extended opening hours and professional guidance, Sportcity offers you everything you could wish for. With 1 pass you are welcome at all clubs. You can already exercise at 9 gyms in The Hague.
At Klimmuur The Hague, the offer for climbing is very extensive, both for the beginner and for the advanced climber. Spread over 39 ropes, there are approximately 130 routes between 3 and 8a. Bouldering is climbing without a rope. A few steps above the ground, sometimes a little higher. Bouldering is the essence of climbing: strength, technique, insight and perseverance make you climb the boulder…. or not. Climbing and bouldering is for different ages.
Oomssport is the skating and rollerblading specialist in the Netherlands. There is something for everyone, from ice hockey skates to figure skates and from clap skates to short track skates. Oomssport has been the fixed point for renting skates at De Uithof for years. You can also have your skates sharpened here. In addition, Oomssport offers inline skates, rollerblades, roller hockey and roller skates. The Oomssport shop is located at the main entrance on the left.
Fysio2move is a physiotherapy practice, established on 1 July 2007 in sports center De Uithof. In addition to regular physiotherapy, Dry Needling, treatment according to the Orthopedic Rehabilitation 4xT method, massage and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation are also offered.
