You are always welcome at SportCity Den Haag De Uithof: whether you are looking for the social atmosphere of our club, have a clear goal in mind, or just want to exercise occasionally. SportCity is happy to help and is ready for you whenever you have questions or want advice on group lessons. How about yoga or boxing? When the weather is nice, there are outdoor classes, after which you can relax in the sauna. You will find SportCity on your right-hand side upon entering De Uithof.
At Klimmuur Den Haag, the climbing options are very extensive for both beginners and advanced climbers. Top-rope and lead climbing are available indoors and outdoors on walls up to 21 meters high. Spread across 39 ropes, there are approximately 130 routes ranging from 3 to 8a. Bouldering is climbing without a rope—just a few steps above the ground, sometimes a bit higher. Bouldering is the essence of climbing: strength, technique, insight, and perseverance determine whether you complete the boulder… or not. Climbing and bouldering are suitable for various ages.
Golflounge Den Haag is coming soon to De Uithof. This modern indoor golf experience will open its doors in Q2 of 2026. Visitors can use 8 high-tech Trackman bays, enjoy food and drinks at an extensive bar and restaurant, and organize the ultimate corporate outing here. Additionally, tournaments are held with great prizes, and Golflounge Den Haag is the ideal spot for coffee, drinks, lunch, and dinner. A strong addition to the versatile offerings of De Uithof.
Oomssport is the ice skating and inline skating specialist of the Netherlands. There is something for everyone, from ice hockey skates to figure skates, and from clap skates to short track skates. For years, Oomssport has been the go-to spot for renting skates at De Uithof. You can also have your skates sharpened here. Furthermore, Oomssport offers inline skates, speed skates, roller hockey skates, and roller skates. The Oomssport store is located at the main entrance on the left side.
Fysio2move is a physiotherapy practice located in the De Uithof sports center since July 1, 2007. In addition to regular physiotherapy, they offer Dry Needling, treatment according to the Orthopedic Rehabilitation 4xT method, massage, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. There is also a free walk-in hour where advice regarding your complaint is given during a brief consultation.
