Which (personal) data is processed?
Snow rink and skating rink
No account is created to register for a lesson or lesson course. The data is provided once and registered in a reservation system of De Uithof. When requesting a lesson or course, you will be asked to fill in certain information. This concerns your data such as your name, address, zip code, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth.
When buying tickets and subscriptions online at deuithof.nl, you can provide your details once, or you can create an account. We work together with Ticketcounter for our online reservation system and webshop, with whom we have a processing contract. This data will be kept for 14 months after December 31 of the year in which the Personal Data was provided.
No account is created to register for another service, such as Happy Kids on deuithof.nl. The data is provided once and registered in a reservation system of De Uithof.
You are required to fill in all information fields marked with an asterix (*).
Karting and games
Your data will be registered in our registration system via InnoMeer. You will be asked to provide your name and email address. You will then receive an email with a personal registration link to agree to the terms and conditions. The starting point for this agreement is that InnoMeer is only a processor of personal data when providing our online services. Innomeer deletes the log files after 48 hours, which store limited personal data via the website and the server on which the website runs.
Packages
Information is provided once for requests about arrangements. This information is used to contact you. This concerns data such as name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, number of people and preferred date. We store the data for a maximum of 7 years (after the end of the financial year) and online via Smart with whom we also make a processing agreement.
For what purposes are your personal data processed?
Deuithof.nl and the De Uithof webshop process your personal data for the following purposes:
