Level Basic skills What are you going to learn?
Level 1: Beginner > Slightly Advanced No ski experience/maximum one introductory lesson. You learn to handle ski equipment, to glide, to develop a sense of balance, to brake, to make turns (plow turns) and to use the lift.
Level 2: Intermediate > Advanced You can use the drag lift independently, have had at least one week of skiing experience and/or have had 3 full days of lessons (brakes and plow bends) or have previously attended level 1 of Ski School De Uithof You learn to improve your skiing posture, make plow turns and brake sideways (hockey stop). You make the transition to parallel skiing.
Level 3: Advanced > Advanced You can ski reasonably parallel, you have a good skiing position and you can brake/stop abruptly well. You have had at least 2 to 3 weeks of skiing experience and/or 9 full days of lessons or have previously attended level 2 at Ski School De Uithof. You learn to ski more actively, more dynamically and better in parallel and to improve your rhythm by means of skids. stick insert. You also practice slalom skiing.
Level 4: Advanced > Expert You are an experienced skier who likes speed and you ski well in parallel. If possible, you can be found somewhere on the slopes every year. You have also had quite a lot of lessons or followed level 3 at De Uithof or you have comparable experience gained elsewhere. You will learn to fine-tune your technique with tips and tops from our teachers, making your skiing even more dynamic, beautiful and effective. This allows you to enjoy your favorite sport even more in a relaxed way!

Level Basic skills What are you going to learn?
Level 1: Beginner > Slightly Advanced No snowboarding experience/maximum one introductory lesson. You learn to handle snowboard equipment, glide, develop a sense of balance, brakes, use the lift and make skidded turns.
Level 2: Intermediate > Advanced You can independently make slipped turns and use the drag lift. You have had at least 3 full days of lessons or followed level 1 at Ski School De Uithof. You learn to improve your basic turn, develop your feeling with the board and the basics of freestyle.
Level 3: Advanced > Advanced You can board reasonably well, where you can manage independently. You have followed at least 2 to 3 weeks of snowboard experience and/or 9 full days of lessons or level 2 at De Uithof. You learn to board more actively, dynamically and creatively, which includes high-speed turns and freestyle.
Level 4: Advanced > Expert You are an experienced snowboarder, who likes speed and difficult terrain. You can carve and freestyle attracts you. You have already had quite a lot of lessons, such as following level 3 at De Uithof or you have comparable experience gained elsewhere. You learn to refine your technique and use your board optimally, so that you can board even more dynamically, effectively and creatively.
