Saturday, Dec. 9, between 12:00 – 4:00 p.m., the snow track will be exclusively rented out.
During the ski/snowboard instructor 3 training you will learn how to teach (slightly) advanced groups when they are on holiday in the Alps for a week and many meters are made, where technically better learning to ski/snowboarding is central. The training is given by trainers from the NSkiV. You will receive instruction in, among other things, your own skills, teaching and theory. In addition, you will learn how to build lessons by means of themes and you get information about snow & avalanche science and equipment maintenance. Organizing properly, smoothly and safely in the mountains is still quite an art and responsibility.
The course starts in the Netherlands, followed by a week in the mountains. On the snow track of De Uithof, the training is spread over two Saturdays and two Wednesday evenings. The week in the mountains will take place in Söll – Wilder Kaiser, Austria. The snow week is concluded with a final assessment of four PVBs: own skills, teaching, theory and portfolio assessment (KSS 3.1 & 3.3 & 3.4 & 3.5). If you have successfully completed all four parts, you will receive your diploma ski/snowboard instructor 3 (NSkiV recognized). You must be in possession of the ski/snowboard instructor diploma 2 or an equivalent certificate.
The new dates will be announced from the winter season 2022/2023. Keep an eye on our website for more information!
